ABA Bank is Cambodia's premier digital banking institution. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Full-Stack Developer (React & Node.js) to join our Digital Banking & Payments Core Team at our Head Office in BKK1, Phnom Penh. Key Responsibilities: • Design, build, and maintain high-performance, fault-tolerant web and mobile backend APIs processing millions of daily transactions. • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and mobile app teams to launch innovative banking features. • Optimize existing PostgreSQL databases, Redis caching layers, and asynchronous event pipelines. • Enforce clean code architecture, write unit & integration tests, and conduct constructive peer code reviews. Requirements: • 3 to 5+ years of production experience with modern TypeScript/JavaScript, React.js, and Node.js. • Strong hands-on knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL), index optimization, and ACID transactions. • Experience with Docker containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices architecture. • Solid understanding of RESTful API design, OAuth2, JWT, and banking-grade security practices. • Fluency in English (Khmer native or professional proficiency is an advantage).
