Smile Media Co., Ltd. is expanding its digital content footprint across Cambodia. We are looking for an ambitious, creative, and data-driven Digital Marketing & TikTok Lead to drive our viral social media campaigns, brand partnerships, and short-form video engagement. Responsibilities: • Spearhead our TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram growth strategies; plan monthly editorial calendars. • Script, direct, and collaborate with creators on high-converting short-form videos and viral skits. • Manage paid ad campaigns (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager), continuously testing creative angles to achieve optimal ROAS and low CPA. • Track analytics, engagement metrics, follower acquisition costs, and produce weekly growth reports. • Stay on top of trending audio, memes, and cultural moments in Cambodia to keep our brand top-of-mind. Requirements: • 2-4 years proven track record running high-performing social channels in Cambodia (portfolio or handles required). • Strong intuition for what stops the thumb on TikTok and Facebook Reels. • Familiarity with mobile video editing tools (CapCut) and basic Adobe Premiere. • Excellent written & verbal communication in Khmer and English. • Enthusiastic, proactive, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced creative studio.
