Northbridge International School Cambodia (NISC), a Nord Anglia Education school, provides world-class international education on a lush 20-acre green campus in Sen Sok, Phnom Penh. Position: Primary ESL / English Language Teacher We are seeking a dedicated and energetic educator to support primary school students in developing academic English proficiency across reading, writing, and phonics. Key Duties: • Plan and deliver interactive, student-centered English lessons adhering to the Cambridge Primary / IB curriculum. • Assess individual student language levels (CEFR framework) and implement targeted differentiated instruction. • Foster an inclusive, positive, and culturally sensitive classroom environment where every learner thrives. • Prepare regular student progress reports and participate constructively in parent-teacher conferences. • Collaborate with homeroom teachers and learning support specialists. Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or related field. • Recognized teaching qualification: CELTA, Trinity CertTESOL, or PGCE. • Minimum 2-3 years teaching experience in an accredited international or bilingual school. • Passion for child safeguarding and modern pedagogical methods. • Native or native-level English fluency. Compensation & Package: • Monthly salary: $1,400 - $2,000 depending on credentials and experience. • Annual return flights allowance and visa/work permit fully sponsored. • Comprehensive international medical and dental insurance. • 100% tuition fee waiver for eligible dependent children enrolled at NISC. • Generous school holiday breaks (summer, Christmas, Khmer New Year, Pchum Ben).
